People Analytics isn’t only about retaining your best talents or recruiting the employees you need, it can also increase safety in the workplace. This blog presents the results from a research study (conducted by the consultancy company IPC Consultants) on using psychometric tests to predict road traffic accidents at a local company in Zimbabwe. And the results were successful! Using logistic regression, the experts working on this research established psychometric profiles that can be used to identify a driver’s proneness to road traffic accident with high accuracy.
