Like in any other field, no one can predict exactly how HR Analytics will look like in the future. Despite this, it is always interesting to analyze current trends and speculate in which direction we are moving towards. This research paper guides the reader through the development of people analytics since the 1980s and most importantly, presents the innovative research of two scholars. They used qualitative data to analyze the future of HR Analytics (in 2025), concentrating on its application, value, structure and system support.
